Just click the personal our site dropdown at the top and experiment with the options. You can enter the hex values manually or via the "color picker", as you do so you will see a live preview of how the scheme will appear. Press the Apply Colors button on the right of the panel for the color scheme to fade into place LIVE!.
There are 6 variables you can choose from the color chooser's dropdown. These are Primary color, Primary text, Secondary color, Secondary text, Tertiary color and Tertiary text. For each of these fields, you would need to insert a HEX value such as #ffcc00 which would be gold. The information about what each variable actually changes is listed below:-
- Primary color: This setting controls the color of the main background, the top menu bar and the category 1 site headings.
- Primary text: This setting controls the text color of the top menu bar and the category 1 site headings.
- Secondary color: This setting controls the heading background color of the category 2 site headings as well as the styling of the category 3 site headings.
- Secondary text: This setting controls the text color of the category 2 site headings as well as the category 3 site headings.
- Tertiary color: This setting controls the header background color of the category 4 site headings.
- Tertiary text: This setting controls the text color of the category 4 site headings.
